Refunds & Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in original condition.

Process: To initiate a return, please email maxine.willocks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.
